Hello,

here's a bit about me:

With over 20 years subscription marketing experience, I've worked for most of the largest business to business publishers, from Centaur, VNU to eight years at EMAP.

 

As Head of Digital at EMAP, I was responsible for digital marketing strategy across subscription and events portfolios, to grow customer base through digital channels. My main remit was to work with and train marketing, sales and editorial teams to ensure best practice was met at every level.

 

Since starting Project Digital Marketing in 2014, I've worked with both large B2B businesses and also smaller B2C SMEs. I've helped these clients with everything from developing subscription marketing strategy, defining objectives, price/business modelling, analytics, UX analysis, research, training, and planning to actual implementation of subscription and digital marketing activity.

 

Recent projects include website build, magazine re-launch, development and launch of membership package, paywall strategy, customer journey review and recommendations, and marketing automation for acquisition conversion and retention.
